2. Server log files
When you access our website, our hosting provider (Strato AG) automatically stores information in server log files that your browser transmits (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data is used for the technical provision and security of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
3. Hosting
Our website is hosted by Strato AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. Strato processes the above data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
4. Request form / contact
If you contact us via the request form or by e-mail, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail, phone, travel dates, message) in order to handle and answer your request. Providing this data is voluntary; without the mandatory fields we cannot process your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Your data will be deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. No cookies / no tracking
This website uses no tracking tools, analytics or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary data is processed.
6. Map (Google Maps)
On the "Location" page we embed an interactive map by Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (for users in the EEA), where applicable together with Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For privacy reasons the map is not loaded automatically: only when you actively click "Load map" is a connection established to Google's servers; in doing so, data (incl. your IP address) is transmitted to Google, which may also involve a transfer to the USA. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you give by clicking and may withdraw at any time with effect for the future. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Bavaria: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA).
